The Team

StingOrg is a consulting company specializing in quality management, process optimization and lean management.

We work with companies in the life sciences, automotive, and aerospace industries, guiding them on their journey to self-improvement and responsible leadership.
Our goal is to create companies that improve themselves.

StingOrg was founded in 2013 by Dipl.-Ing. Malte Stöckert together with Rolf Eickmann, as a partner in Bremen. Both have more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry and MedTech.
In 2017, the second office was opened near Stuttgart (in Böblingen). Kåre Sten acts as the head of this branch. In 2020, StingOrg received ISO 9001:2015 certification. The third office was opened in Hasselt (Belgium) in 2023. And most recently, the fourth office was opened in Tägerwilen (Switzerland) in 2025.

Biography Malte Stöckert

Malte Stöckert is the founder and managing director of StingOrg. In the course of his professional career, he has acquired outstanding expertise in the field of problem solving.

He is well versed in the quality and production requirements of manufacturing companies and has successfully executed solution-oriented projects in the field of product development and post-market processes with his team over the past decades.

His deep understanding of the design and implementation of industrial standards is exemplary – quality is practically anchored in his DNA.

It is characterized by the creation of straightforward environments that clearly illustrate to all users why a qualitative approach makes sense and what practical benefits can be derived from it.
